The Louisville Marriott Downtown hotel was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We stayed here for a night and were very impressed. The staff was kind, polite, accommodating, and ready to answer any questions we had. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. The hotel was quiet and safe. The location of the hotel was nice and within walking distance of many attractions. We wanted to explore the urban bourbon trail and the hotel was located in a great spot for this. The price of the hotel was worth it for the cleanliness, safety, and service we experienced. If looking for a place to stay in downtown Louisville, I would recommend staying here.
Very nice property and wonderful staff. We hosted a conference in Louisville and we’re very well supported. Richard Ayson, their Dir of Sales really went above and beyond to take care of our staff and clients as well, making us look great! Thanks so much! Will be back again ASAP!
I have had the pleasure of staying at this Marriott hotel on three separate occasions. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. I was there last weekend for a convention and everything was top notch. The rooms are updated and very clean. It was a close walk to 4th street where there are plenty of restaurants. The next time I find myself in Louisville I will definitely be staying here!

The hotel is beautiful. It has a nice bar area that seems to be popular among guests. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. Access to guest room floors requires a guest key which is nice. The fitness center is fully equipt (great gym for a hotel) and the studio room was nice. The pool is nothing special. Staff is friendly and nice but lack responsiveness. My biggest complaint is parking. Everytime I called ahead for valet, I still had to wait. My last day, I called ahead for valet to have my car ready for me (with a 15 minute notice). When I got downstairs there was no one at valet and I ended up waiting 25 minutes at valet. I found that wait ridiculous considering valet is 45/day. Self parking is $40 per day which is not advertised either. And you have to walk a decent amount.
