Hilton Diamond member here, I started traveling quite a bit again for work this year. I've stayed all over Nashville and despite the great location, save your money - this place is a disaster. Checked in on a Sunday evening ,after a long drive, the valet guy was awesome and brought me a luggage cart as I was there for a conference and had a bunch of stuff in addition to my bags. The hotel feels like it would be a cool, trendy place, room and bathroom were nicely appointed. It ended there, I quickly realized my feet were wet from the carpet around the bed - only to realize it was pet urine. Lots of it. and when I looked more closely I realized there was also pet hair all over the vent in the room. I had already unpacked and it was late with an early morning, I dealt with it for the evening and stopped at the front desk on my way out at 6am to ask for it to be addressed, as friendly as possible. They told me it would be taken care of and at lunch time I came back, nothing had been done. As I was waiting to talk to someone at the front desk, another customer was at the front desk complaining to the employee that she never had clean towels and had been there for 5 days. Two employees met me in the room and eventually agreed to move rooms... no apology or offer to compensate me. Pretty terrible customer service for someone who travels and stays almost exclusively at hilton's. Most places acknowledge your diamond member status, not here. I should have stayed at the hotel where the conference was, I totally inconvenienced myself to stay at a Hilton property. I've been diamond for years, I've traveled for years and never had anything close to this happen. When I got to my new room, it was smaller and didn't have a desk. Also, didn't have any toilet paper, but did have piss on the toilet seat and pubic hair. Bad enough experience for me to consider a full brand switch. Do not stay here
Great location downtown within walking distance from many great spots. The hotel is super funky with random art everywhere. Hallways are dark and feel almost like a haunted house. When you turn a corner and run into the random penguin statue, it's fun and spooky. The rooms are nice, beds and linens are comfortable. I am looking forward to my next stay.
Avoid this place at all costs. The once-charming hotel is currently undergoing a transition to become a Hilton, but unfortunately, it has lost all its charm in the process. The walls are now devoid of any artwork, leaving them bare and lifeless. The rooms themselves are in a sorry state, far from the comfortable and inviting spaces they used to be. It's evident that the sole focus of the entrepreneur behind this transition is to squeeze every penny out of unsuspecting guests. The enticing promise of art and delightful treats like goo goo clusters in your fridge is nothing but a deceitful facade. It's disheartening to think about the hardworking staff who have to endure this situation. Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere for accommodation. Nashville boasts a plethora of stunning hotels that genuinely value their guests and won't attempt to swindle them. Don't let this establishment tarnish your experience in this vibrant city.
Nothing was spectacular. $550 for one night. Valet wouldn’t take our keys because peoples reservations had been cancelled so had to Check in even though i prepaid then go back and give them my keys. Emailed for a special request - no response. Shower was dripping (room 509). No ice machine (but Resturant got us nice which was nice). Plug pulled out of furniture. Could hear people next door through the wall. I would not go back at the prices they charge. Location was great. People at the restaurant were nice and bartenders made good drinks. But for that price $605 (including $55 parking) I will never go back.
We strongly do not recommend this hotel. The hotel was hard to find. Even when dropped off at the address I had to ask someone how to get inside. The front desk staff wasn’t knowledgeable about operations or the hotel. The room that we prepaid for ($1,000 for 3 nights) was extremely basic with cheap internals. The air, OMG, it was hot. We couldn’t get it to cool off. The hallways were hot. The room was hot. Ceilings were low. This was holiday inn style cheap. Tapestry collection??? No. Not at all. I am a diamond member of Hilton and will never stay here again. I can’t do hotels where the only option in the room is LOW fan. You can’t even set the fan to high speed. OMG this is so bad. I don’t have many pictures because it was so basic. Nothing special about this place. The cost of this hotel compared to others around it… way too expensive. This place is worthy of $65 a night not $365. Night. So bad.
