Big compliments to the entire staff here, starting with Sylvester, who set the tone for my first stay at this hotel. He provided great service, and well informed me of the area, and the hotel. The rooms were nice, and clean. The food was good. The location was good. I'll be back.
Don’t stay here. The elevators were out the first day. The next day the entire floor smelled like raw sewage. Unhoused people sleep in the lobby. I noticed this when I woke up early to catch my flight. Management was full of excuses. Look elsewhere.
I found the room to be very big with a super comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and kind. The property was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and right next to a trolley line that goes right to bourbon street. Overall I would definitely recommend!
Great boutique hotel from Marriott. They will soon renovate the property but it looks great as is. Warm hospitality and great location, right in front of the street car! Highly consider this hotel for your next visit to NOLA
It's ok. My room smelled like old smoke residue. The restaurant is iffy at best. They have some concerning policies. And I was charged a $142+ deposit, but no one, including the general manager bothered to tell me about it until I saw it on my bank statement and asked. It was concerning that the manager neglected to tell me about it. Other than that, this place is nice and secure (requires a room key to be scanned to go up the elevator). Oh, and the restaurant closes when they decide to, not what their hours say. This hotel was also seriously overpriced with few amenities.
