I want to acknowledge everyone at this hotel from the front desk, food and beverage, the servers, and the entire sales/event planning team. I contacted the Embassy 9 months prior to our family reunion which was in September 2023 and from the initial conversation everything was simply amazing. The Embassy provided affordable lodging for 30 plus rooms, excellent accommodations from indoor and outdoor pool, social hour(2 complimentary beverages) which every LOVED, the business center for flight check in or printing. The front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to take care of everyone. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping responded to request within 5 minutes! The food selections for the banquet were simply amazing! My family compared the food to southern home cooking! The servers were friendly and provided individual service although this was a buffet setup. I watched the servers fix plates for the children and deliver desserts to elderly members of the family. I cannot make this up, but the cheesecake was comparable to Cheesecake factory! I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure and business needs! You will receive excellent customer service, great food options, excellent alcoholic drinks, great location for walking to nearby shopping and dining. I give this hotel 10 stars!!
The hotel is good, and it was a great experience. The rooms are comfortable (the beds are very small) but the space is very good, a complete suite. Very convenient restaurant service. I would stay here again. They need to improve with the elevators, the lights on the first floor that you feel are going to run out of light at any moment, and at the bar, the same person is the waiter and the service is delayed.
Good location close to many restaurants and shops. Complained multiple times about no hot water when the hotel was at half capacity. Was told to run the water for 30 minutes plus by an engineer that came to room. I suggest booking at embassy down the room. Housekeepers, Breakfast staff and evening reception employees are superb.
Booked a Pure Wellness room which is a scam. We checked in and there was nothing in the room that made it “Pure Wellness”. When I called the front desk, they said they will look into it. I left the room for a few mins. and come back to an old air purifier placed in the bedroom that made so much noise we could barely hear each other in there. We had to turn it off when we were in the room and could not sleep w/it on. I booked this room b/c they assured me there are never any dogs in these type of rooms. Well my family next door booked the same room w/a dog. This is obviously a money-making gimmick. The hotel is dated in all areas, lights are constantly flickering, 2 out of 4 elevators were constantly broken making the wait for an elevator very long and they were always crowded, lack of cleanliness especially in the dining area, and they’re super understaffed. The house phone in my room has obviously NEVER been cleaned and the filth on it was gross. The headboard was covered in dust. There were spilled drinks all over the floors during happy hour and no one to clean the spills up. My family and I witnessed someone fall down onto a big spill that was sitting there for quite some time. The hotel is in a great location; close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The front desk staff is helpful and professional.
This hotel was a great place for us to host our military retirement party of 150 people. Everything was just perfect, the food was delicious and the staff superb! We'll definitely use this hotel again for an event or family travel.
