Great location, walking distance to most things downtown. I loved our waitress, Blu, when we ate at Champions. She was very accommodating and had a great sense of humor. The food was good and the wait went by quickly. The staff at Starbucks was great too. After a couple visits, Laura and Isaac, started recognizing us and even remembering my drink order. It was very sweet. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future
My recent 2 night stay at the Courtyard Austin Downtown/Convention Center was wonderful! The room was large and comfortable, I loved the fridge and microwave! All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. I had an issue with my AC in the room, the repair person arrived promptly, and the room was nice and cool upon my return. The breakfast buffet was far above my expectations! A wonderful assortment of hot and cold foods, a variety of juices, and everything was tasty. Best grits I have had in a long time! Perfect location, a quick walk to the Convention Center. All in all, a great visit. Thank you for everything, this will definitely be my go-to hotel for future visits to Austin!
A big thank you to Estella, Asimina, & Erina for their accommodation today. I appreciate all of the consideration & their prompt response to help me out. This has been a great experience overall. I loved the room & it was amazing for our work conference. I can’t wait to book here again.
I did not stay at the hotel, but I did stop by the coffee shop (Starbucks) every morning during my week long conference and Laura and Leah were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, responsive, engaging... these two ladies killed it and made a great start to my day!
Great service and clean rooms. No parking though, have to pay 55$ per night for their valley or street parking 20$ for 6 hrs. Also, FYI. I ordered the hotel through a 3rd party, and it turns out the breakfast is not included even though it was advertised as a free breakfast. The residence inn guest have complimentary breakfast and not the Courtyard. The front desk lady, Jackie, was very nice and gave us a free pass for one time. She was wonderful and needs a raise.
