The hotel it self was beautiful. However, the front desk was a little tough, not as welcoming as expected. Only one elevator was working. The room was too small for 6 people. The water was too hot, really hot, which is not a bad thing. However, when you have an elderly person and kids using the shower, they can easily burn themselves. The food was delicious, however, the cook was rude and impatient. He really needs extra help at the grill. However, we enjoyed ourselves and I wish the stay could have been better. Not sure if I would stay again. The welcoming and the hospitality needs to improve. I will end by saying, the bartender was excellent and friendly.
Good breakfast and also nice they have complimentary happy our snacks. The pool and hot tub was nice. They also have a decent gym. The room was clean for the most and the bed was very comfortable.
I had the most relaxing, comfortable and peaceful stay. I am definitely looking forward to booking me another stay this week that I was in had the most amazing view and the rooms are huge. The customer service was awesome I will definitely reserve another week soon thank you for such an awesome affordable hotel!
Terribly disappointed in this Embassy Suites...I got a room.with huge living entertainment rom.with a very low ceiling bedroom that had NO WINDOWS🙄😡...the carpet is old and ugly...they had a vacuum cleaner just hanging out at 1am in the morning. Poorly decorated all over. The breakfast had no bacon and it was nothing to write home about...Will NEVER stay there again.
Best place to enjoy your stay and rest at a peaceful and pleasant room. Service is superb. Breakfast is the best. I think that Embessy suites has the best breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. I also enjoyed happy hour. The best hotel to stay. Not only in Florida , but also in Texas. And California.
