We hired Detroit DJ Entertainment for some uplighting and indoor fireworks for our wedding on 9/23/2023 at the Roostertail. They were so friendly and very easy to work with. The fireworks were for our first dance, and they made it unforgettable. Our guests could not stop talking about it, and I find myself reminiscing about it all the time. They made our wedding truly special. I highly recommend Detroit DJ Entertainment for your wedding - you won’t regret it! I can see myself hiring them again for another event in the future.
My husband and I got married this past Saturday and I cannot say enough good things about Justin and the whole Detroit DJ team. From the time we booked the communication was great and having the online portal to add songs, timelines and day of details was super convenient. We had a call to discuss the vibe of the wedding and all of our song choices. I may be biased because it was my wedding but truthfully I have never seen a dance floor more packed. The most fun wedding I have ever been to. Every single song played had my whole crowd up and moving. There was so much effort put into making sure our guests had a riot and they definitely did. First of all I could not tell you how excited was when I found out that chuck was going to be my DJ for my wedding. From the very beginning of speaking with him, to their website, everything was such a smooth process. Their website makes it so easy to relay all the information the DJ needs for the wedding to ensure everything runs exactly how you would like it to. They have a planning form for your wedding as well as a timeline in which you can make changes to as you progress with the wedding process. Now to the day of the wedding. Chuck was prompt and on time. He had everything set up and ready to go as well as was willing to work on an alternative plan in case the weather did not cooperative for our outdoor ceremony. He made sure to check in multiple times throughout the night with the bride and groom to make sure he was doing everything he needed to and was on the same page with us which was very nice. Chuck was a phenomenal DJ. He interacted with the crowd, did a few ice breakers, and really made everyone feel very comfortable throughout the wedding. Our wedding venue was a little different being that we had and indoor venue that opened up via garage doors to a large outdoor patio. Later in the evening the doors were open and most of the guests were outside. Chuck did an amazing job playing music that everyone outside would enjoy. Later on in the night as everyone came back inside he transitioned to more upbeat dance music, which is was we wanted and everyone had a blast. I received so many compliments on chuck throughout the night for the music he played and just his overall character. If you are looking for a DJ that isn’t just a “sit behind the booth and play music” kind of DJ then I definitely recommend chuck and Detroit DJ Entertainment. He will have your guests feeling involved all while making sure the wedding is going exactly how you want it to. Thank you again Chuck. Detroit DJ Entertainment is absolutely the best of the best! Their services are top notch! I hired them for my wedding reception and it was everything that I dreamed of. DJ Chuck was extremely professional and easy to work with. He’s the best MC in town. He kept the party going and we had a blast! We used a variety of their services including the Photo Booth, the fog machine, and indoor fireworks!! It was perfect!! They gave us a night we’ll never forget! We received sooo many amazing compliments from all of our guests! Everyone loved it and was thoroughly entertained! Detroit DJ Entertainment will always get my HIGHEST recommendation!
I really enjoyed my experience so much!! I would absolutely book again and recommend to anyone asking! I thought the person setting up was the DJ because he was so friendly but then the DJ showed up and he just as warm and friendly and just willing to help! I loved it!!
