I was going here for a few months There were several visits in which I had to stand outside or sit in the lobby to wait for my service after my scheduled time. Today I was 4 minutes late for my appointment because of traffic. I was told to sign in on their new system. After attempting that, I told the girl at the desk it didn’t work. She went to ask someone and by the time she returns, I’m told that because I was over 5 minutes late I can’t sign in or be seen. For context we are having this conversation at 5:46. She didn’t know the system wouldn’t let me sign in. That’s not her fault, but that’s not my fault either. She said I could reschedule for a 25% fee. I wish I would. It’s okay for customers to stand outside for 10 minutes because someone is on break, eating or running behind but I can’t be serviced at 4 minutes? I have to pay to reschedule. Hypothetical and unfair. There’s plenty of reputable places with better services.
I've been coming here for 4 years and have had brazilian waxes done by Lanisha. In fact, she was the first one to ever do a wax on me and made my first experience very comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and ensures everyone on her team knows what they are doing. I have also been waxed by Ariel. She is my go-to waxer in the summer and I always look forward to seeing her because she takes the time to get to know you and actually remembers the conversations you have.
I made an appointment, received the consent form via text at 6:30 am and then 2 hours before my appointment. I didn’t complete the consent form in 10 minutes so my appointment was released which is ridiculous to me. My rating is for the booking not necessarily the service.
Fastest but most efficient and thorough Brazilian I've ever had. It was so quick and easy I was in and out in 15 mins. Definitely super professional and clean.
