Yes, I work here. But before I began to work here, I always enjoyed my experience. A relaxing atmosphere, great people, great conversation. Michelle is very knowledgeable in her area and very compassionate and it shows in her work. She will give advice and guidance even if it’s something you don’t want to hear, because she cares about the health of your hair. Coming to Luxe and Mane to get my hair done made it much easier to choose this salon as a place to work at! I love it!
I will be returning! I have always had trouble finding a good person to cut my curls and Michelle did it perfectly. I loved how the whole room was set up, and the music selection was great. I definitely recommend!
Hello! From my very first appointment went with Krislyn, I have had a great experience, just like my most recent visit. I really appreciated that she was accommodating to adjust the time of appointment to a later time. She is very helpful to offer additional services, within your abilities and try to meet someone's schedule - if able. I'd also like to add a note that she is very gentle with my tender-headed scalp. Thank you for all you do!
I came for a consult months ago about hair extensions. I did wait over my appointment time but not too long and i was excited to talk about hair, we went over colors and what i was looking for, yet who i spoke to was going away for the weekend, and was to get back to me about what she looked up, how much everything would cost, what it would take to get done, etc. that was all fine until the weekend came and left. Never was reached out to. Not an email not a phone call not honestly anything. Needless to say it completely discouraged me and i gave up even trying to find someone to do my hair, it’s months later but i find am feeling confident enough now, to say how dismissed i felt and still have no idea why i was so disregarded. Maybe because the consult was free i wasn’t even considered to be a future client? I honestly don’t know. But i don’t feel comfortable going back when seen as such a minority.
Michelle did an amazing job on my hair. This shop is very professional from the booking process through the service. I definitely recommend this shop.
