I do not recommend this company simply for the poor customer service. I was supposed to have my sign on Saturday morning. She didn’t arrive until almost 2pm. She didn’t call me or warn me or anything. I had to call her to see what was going on. I even messaged her the day before to confirm the day and time. After finally reaching her she then apologized and said she was on the way. I missed half the day without my sign. I talked to the woman when she arrived. She told me she was sorry and she had car trouble. I understand. Things happen. Since the sign was supposed to be up for 24 hours and they missed half the day I requested half of my money back. I thought that was a fair compromise. She agreed that was fair. We shook hands on it and she told me she would issue the refund back to my card. Here we are today and I haven’t heard from her with a receipt for my refund or anything. I messaged her about the refund. Instead of issuing the refund like she promised she tells me that I put the wrong date in my order form and she would not be issuing a refund. I put the day of my party on the order form. She says I should have put the day before. Even if that was the case I talked to her after I placed the order. She asked me when my party was. I told her the date. She confirmed it. I also confirmed with her the 2 days before the party when my date was. That should have been enough. I called her today to discuss the matter and she was rude and hung up on me. So unprofessional. Apparently it means more to her business to cheat ppl out of their time and money instead of doing right by the customer. With business practices like this I’ll be surprised if they are in business long. It’s just disappointing because I expected her to stand on her word and issue the refund like she promised for missing half of the day. Please beware. Do NOT go with the company. Save yourself the headache and try another company.
