I had a very good experience with this office. The staff are friendly and both doctors I have seen in two different visits were knowledgeable and very patient with me. You don't feel like they are rushing you out of the office and treat you well.
The clinic staff are great at helping you maximize your benefits, very patient too. Dr. Mojallal is very good at putting one at ease and very good at communicating instructions and recommendations.
I liked these guys a lot. I been there 3 times in the last 2.5 years and every time I had a good experience. The front desk lady and the doctors always have a smile on their face and made me feel welcomed.
The front desk lady is nasty and rude . She definitely is not kids friendly always giving mean looks and smart comments. Dr’s are really good and other lady in the back that takes your measurement for glasses she’s really nice . I would put a 5 star but the lady that’s in the front just messes up everything.
Very incompetent and unprofessional office. Initially, they claimed that the services were covered by insurance, then stated services were not covered and it that it was their fault, but in the end they denied and hit us with a bill. Figuring out upfront the basics seems to be a too complex job for them. I strongly suggest you to record all communications with this office or even better stay away to avoid headaches.
