Our first experience here was very positive (well as positive as a trip to the dentist can be 😀).
WARNING: Do not go here. After receiving a cleaning I got very sick. I thought it was a cold or Covid. I was treated with antibiotics. I then got a filling, which resulted in a severe infection and becoming very ill. Costing lots of time and money to fix. Finally after visiting another dentist I discovered it was from the filling I had done at Woodbury family dentists.. I will be reporting them to the board of dentistry as I was advised to do by my new dentist. Beware!!!!!
I called to schedule an appointment as I had a bothersome tooth. I initially asked if they were in network with my dental plan. They told me they were. I made sure to ask as I have a PPO vs a premier. After the visit I received an EOB and saw I was going to be charged when if they would have billed under PPO there would have been no charge. I called and Nicole was very friendly and said they would write the cost off. ** Only reason I’m evening leaving a 1 Star** She was very friendly and helpful. The dentist herself, Dr. Fishard, I personally was not impressed with. I told them the tooth that was bothering me and the pain I was feeling. She looked at it did some X-rays and told me it was a healthy tooth. I needed a retainer like guard as I had a tooth pulled and it was causing shifting. Therefore I was being irritated by the space between the two teeth. Two days later this tooth is still really bothering me. I was able to get in same day with a fantastic dentist. They did all X-rays and a very thorough exam and discovered I indeed needed a root canal. I’ll definitely never be back to this clinic or any clinic that this dentist may be at in the future. She should not be allowed to practice. Thanks Woodbury Dental for the $71 against my OOP max and all for nothing!!!
My first visit to this office. Had a great dentist who retired and I had been going to for 25 plus years, so was certainly apprehensive to go to a new office. My experience was excellent and could not have gone any better. The dental hygienist, Christine, was awesome. Saw Dr. Fischard, very impressed. A very positive experience and feel very lucky to find another dental office that checks all the boxes---highly recommend.
Dr. Tardiff’s work has been complimented by every dentist I have been to. Highly recommended.
