I love this place and the lovely ladies that work here. Great at their profession and very pleasant. Stefanie takes excellent care of me and my granddaughter. Our hair looks fabulous when its done and exactly like we want it. She is a perfectionist but still get us in and out so quickly! Kudos to you Stefanie!
Honestly it was a good go to salon for me and my four daughters but after last week I won’t be going back. They never answer and the phone or emails when you need an appointment or have a question about your appointment. My daughter had just had braids taken out and her hair is long the minute I came in the stylist complained about how I should have selected the long hair extra since she had back to back appointments. I was fine with paying the extra 25$ for this but when all was said and done I walked out spending $75 more than quoted when I booked. The stylist was rude complained about me in front of my child when I was out of the salon for not doing the extra time and as a working parent this definitely made me very uncomfortable and annoyed and she was very UNPROFESSIONAL. I know I should have looked elsewhere but i know one thing I'm done. Will be going to a new salon. I concur with a prior review in that My time is just as valuable as yours and I don’t need the guilt trip when I go somewhere where I’m paying for a service. Been there several times all good experiences but this one stylist made all those good experiences bad and won’t be returning. Do better for your future clients.
I've been coming to The Beauty Lounge for a year and Stefanie has done a fantastic job keeping my nails looking cute. In a year, I've needed two nails fixes ever (nails popped off and it was my fault) and they're alway so accommodating. Scheduling appointments are super easy and I recommend The Beauty Lounge any time anyone asks about my nails :)
I love The Beauty Lounge! The stylists I’ve seen, Erika and Natalie, are always punctual and communicative. The salon feels very clean and the vibes are good. I do think it is a bit hard to contact the salon, and would love if they were better at answering the phone or responding to online inquiries.
My absolute favorite salon! I have been going here for 2.5 years and my hair has been completely transformed, into healthy, luscious locs. The salon is beautiful, welcoming and bright. I have seen Stephanie P. the entire time and I absolutely adore her. She is so talented with hair and transformation as well as education for at home. I cannot recommend this place & Stephanie enough!
