What a disappointment. Strong avoid. I see why this place is never on any “hidden gem” lists. For $30 I would expect a little more than soggy warm potato discs, cafeteria liquid smoked beef and hot links smoked so long they’re sawdust.

I went here for ribs on the recommendation of a friend who grew up in the area. Sadly, I was disappointed. The sauce was kinda bland like tomato sauce and the ribs weren't anything close to "falling off the bone" as I'd hoped. Personal taste being what it is, suffice to say their ribs weren't what I was looking for, and they weren't cheap either.

The pork ribs are an absolute must and their sauce is to die for - quick, convenient, and friendly customer service. :) will definitely go back again, and again.

Ted Cooks has great BBQ food at a reasonable price. First, their house BBQ sauce is incredible. Sweet, tangy, and with some heat to it as well (you can specify heat level in the sauce). The half chicken was juicy with great smokey flavor. The ribs had a nice dry rub on them and great flavor as well. I also enjoyed the spicy sausage and jojos combo plate. I will stop in again just based on their delicious BBQ sauce alone! This place knows how to do BBQ right. They’ve been at it for such a long time too!

$21 for some dried up incorrectly cut rib tips that were greasy dry, shoe leather, over seasoned with cayenne pepper to compensate for poor quality. We use to love this place. But they seriously need to learn how to cut rib tips. The cut should be along side the bones not through them. Won’t be back! I would give a half a star, but it doesn’t allow it.
