Going to Jean was an amazing experience! Very unlike the commercial spa massage I attended prior. She sat me down and listened to where my pain was and what type of pressure I might need. We worked to identify what my comfort level would be. She has a soothing and calm presence about her and the room was dimmed with salt lamps & light calming music in the background. I submerged myself and lost all stress emotional, mental and physical in that space. You emerge as a calm, more relaxed and focused version of yourself. It was amazing and I will recommend and return! -Katrina MG

I have had 3 wonderful massages with Jean. Each time, I leave feeling so relaxed and well cared for. She listens to what my needs are and plans the massage accordingly. She knows intuitively what my body needs. Her presence is gentle and calming and it is easy to relax and let her do her work. I am very satisfied with every aspect of the service I receive from her and will continue to see her. I have PTSD from childhood trauma and often struggle to find providers that I am comfortable with and have a healing experience with. Jean was the perfect fit for me from the beginning.

Jean Lloyd is an amazing massage artist and spiritual leader. I felt comfortable and supported during my 90 minute intense massage. I would recommend her to anyone looking for healing of the mind, body and spirit. Thank you!I will be going back monthly.

Jean's hands are healing. She is very professional, takes her and time, makes me feel like I am her sole focus. I absolutely love everything about my time in my session, from being able to tell her each time where there's discomfort, to the background music, to her handing me some water on the way out the door. I particularly like the thank you card, that showed she appreciated me coming in.

Mesh Trainings

Jean Loyd has done a number of trainings for us to help direct-care providers in housing and homelessness practice self-care and reduce burnout. The jobs these providers perform are stressful and work with people experiencing trauma - which can create its own trauma, leading to burnout. Jean brings a training that is less about self-care "best practices" (they know they're supposed to exercise, drink water, etc.) and more about reflecting on their values & reminding themselves of their purpose. Reviews from the trainings always express deep appreciation for the way Jean guides them through exercises so they leave refreshed and renewed. As the coordinator for these trainings, I highly recommend Jean as a speaker and facilitator to help staff become more self-aware, practice vulnerability, deepen their why and bring their best self to their work.
