Unfortunately, I am forced to part ways with this company. I thought I finally found a therapists that resonated with me, sadly not true. 1. My first appointment with my therapist was canceled last minute due to my therapist being ill. 2. The next appointment she did not show up. 3. I finally had great sessions and really felt good and hopeful 4. I was told in the beginning my insurance covered my therapy and then after my 3 sessions was told I had to pay $150 per session. Why didn't they make sure in the first place? 6. I was going weekly and tried to do twice a week because I know me and I know what I need. The first week I was try my second apt my therapist canceled the day of for a family emergency. 7. That same week is when I found out about my insurance and agreed to do two sessikn a month at $50 per session. 8. My therapist never scheduled my next appointment and I had to inquire. She then said I agreed to once a month and it had to be pushed back due to insurance. I got emails to prove what was discussed. 9. Out of no where l, a day later, my therapist sends an email saying she is taking a leave of absence and wanted to see if I would go with another therapist. NO DAMN THANK YOU! I feel like there was no care to my treatment and the therapy I truly needed. I was referred to them, but I will not be continuing nor referring anyone. Just insensitive. I feel like she dropped me because they screwed up on my insurance and bow the sessions would not be weekly and less money then I was not worthy of there time.
Some of the best therapist there. I have been figuring out my life and purpose. Rarely learned about money management skills and she has given me more guidance. I have lost weight and have figured out ways to go without hunger than just to be doing it. Glad, I have found this place to get back into my development.
I have been to many therapists and Erika is AMAZING! She is definitely a life saver and has been monumental in my healing process!!!

i cant even review an actual therapy session. contacted them twice and no return call/message. It says a lot about their business or lack of.
