My virtual intake session went well with Petra--she's an African woman with a good sense of humor and kind attitude. Unfortunately, administrative things like scheduling for virtual appointments, invoicing for services, etc. could use some major streamlining and improvement. It's been a year since my intake and I'm just now being charged for the copay! One of my appointments was cancelled at the last minute and it was impossible to get back on Petra's schedule. I cannot recommend this place at this time.
Petronella is great! She's very patient and understanding. She provides care and services that are adapted to an individual with an open and non-judgemental point of view.
Petra is extremely unreliable, rude, and should not be giving advice. She should go to therapy herself. She is also a thief and a liar. There are so many better places that are bipoc friendly. Would give 0 stars if possible.
I'm really glad I took the initiative to see someone about my mental health. Petra is the best and very wise. I enjoy talking to her and getting motivated to be a better me. I have been with her almost a year and look forward to the support I receive. Thank you.
My journey to find a therapist lasted 8 years with absolutely no progress. When I finally found Petra I was excited to go to therapy and she has helped me more than I could have imagined. I was a person who thought therapy was useless and could never work until Petra came into my life.
