This is a great place. I tend to walk in due to my busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule. Tina usually cuts my hair, but I have had my hair cut by several different stylists there. I have a pixie cut and it is important to me that a stylist pays attention to detail and makes my style look feminine. They listen and do just what I ask. People ask me all the time where I get my hair cut. This is the place. I love my cut every time, and the price is very reasonable.
Extremely bad experience.very rude staff.un professional attitude. Tina messed up my highlights left the white strips in my hair, when I went back to show it to her instead of fixing it she behaved very rude and denied to fix it. I had to get my hair color done that day because I was going to a party so instead of wasting time I got my hair color done and it was a big disaster again I told to Kim that I want light brown color. She put jet black color and ruined all the left over highlights. I talked to the owner she told me to come back and they will fix it. I got 10 am appointment with lady man . I waited for 50 min and finally turned out they were doin all drama .Tina told me they are not fixing my hair or giving my money back.there were another staff lady who passed remarks on me and complaining to owner Jean against me. They were even not ready to listen to my concerns. When I got up set and started to talk to them they threatened me to call the police.im complaining about them to FTC
