This is my favorite spot in Minneapolis now!!! Randomly selected this spot for a business meeting, and I am glad we went there!! Our server, Quiton (Q), was warm, friendly, and attentive. The food was yummy!! Every single one of our dishes, we sure did order a lot! The presentation of each dish is 5/5! The drinks were good too. The ambiance and aesthetic are lovely. I will be back with more folks.
I love it here! I first came and had their brunch and got the steak and eggs( not pictured). I knew I needed to check out the dinner menu and it did not disappoint! I’ve come back with a few of my friends and we are all in agreement… amazing. The food: delicious and so flavorful.. the service was amazing… all of my servers have been friendly and so great… the restaurant vibe is so laid back and such a vibe! Ours drinks aren’t pictured but we’re worth every penny!
The servers were great! The patio is nice. The catfish was really good. Friend enjoyed the jerk chicken as well. Another friend didn’t care for BBQ sauce on grits. Wish there was salt on the rim of the margaritas. Food/drink was overpriced for the amount but was good quality. I’d recommend this place if you’d want to try a great chef.
We just discovered this place. Stopped by for a couple of drinks and a bite. My wife and I were both surprised by the quality of the food. We will definitely be back for dinner.
First time trying out the chef's menu, at 6 pm, after a high recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The restaurant overestimated its ability to handle a full house for a tasting course. Total of 6 dishes, from the third dish to the fifth, we were told to share the tiny bite-size dish with our partner. Had been to numerous tasting courses, but never had this happened before. The kitchen was too overwhelmed, and they were pressed for time to be on time for the 8 pm reservation. The first fish soup was served ice cold and the meat was so raw to the point I can't break the texture with my fork, tasted like rubber. If it was a normal dish, I would totally return to the kitchen. There was a long wait between each course, the ingredients chosen were nothing special but corn, beans, and rice. For a $120 price tag per person, it was not justifiable. First leaving a tasting course with a half empty stomach, and I'm a fairly small size girl, can't imagine for the guys from the group. (pictures attached from dishes had to be shared between 2 people for reference)
