Wow! I was really looking forward to getting my hair done. I called and made an an appointment around 10am for a 3pm slot. I was let in the door without a greeting or any direction i.e. (Who are you here to see? or You can have a seat) So I asked if I should take a seat. Then I was asked who I was there to see. I let them know who I was there to see, and they called the individual. They mentioned to the stylist that they had an appointment at 3pm. They then mentioned that the stylist would be there shortly. I said "oh she is not here?" They mentioned that she was on her way to the shop. I just said "okay thank you". I waited about 15 additional minutes before letting them know that I needed to head out. This was a very unfortunate experience . I really whish this had not of happened because I was really looking to forming a relationship with a hair shop in my community..
By far the best place to get your hair done. Ms. Lisa does my natural hair and has never let me down. Miracle's braid work is unmatched. I love this place.
First time experience was amazing! This salon is so professional, kind, and made me feel right at home. I recently got a botched haircut somewhere else and needed it fixed ASAP. They were able to get me in and fix me up. I left feeling so confident and happy! 10/10 recommend and will be going back for future haircuts!
My experience was amazing. The shop was very clean and all of the ladies were professional. I thought I could color my hair at home and I ended up creating a multi color disaster. My stylist was Johanna and she completely transformed my color and gave me the style that I wanted. She was very realistic on what was achievable and in my opinion she went above and beyond . Not only that ....... I am almost a month recovering from surgery and she accommodated me to the fullest and for that I am very grateful. It’s definitely true when you look good you feel good.
