We used Caribbean Kitchen Catering for a catered meal for 75 people. Wonderful communication / timely responses throughout the process! Nick had great recommendations and the food was something unique and delicious for our event. The coleslaw was so different than any others I have tried and we had multiple people comment on how wonderful the food was! We ordered the pulled pork / mac n cheese and coleslaw. Nick helped us get the right amount for our group and it was a great experience working with him! Highly recommend for a tasty meal for groups big and small!
When planning my order, Nick was extremely helpful, offering suggestions based on our nreds. His communication was phenomenal from placing the order through delivery/setup. He even checked in the evening after the event to make sure we were pleased, which we were. Everyone was asking for their info for their own personal orders. I will definitely be back!
Outstanding catering service in the Twin Cities! I ordered some food to share with the family and Nick made the entire process easy, from ordering, payment, and convenient delivery. I ordered the smothered pork chops, calypso chicken, mango glazed wings, and Bahamian Mac and cheese. The pork chops were covered in a delicious tomato sauce and were definitely the best pork chops I’ve ever had. The mango wings were perfectly sweet and tangy with the mango flavor coming through nicely. The calypso chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, a great combo with the mac and cheese. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the food! Absolutely give Caribbean Kitchen Catering consideration for feeding your next large gathering!
Our organization has ordered from here twice now and I definitely see us continuing to work with these folks in the future. It’s truly easy to recommend. Food is fantastic - both times that we ordered people loved it. They’re just easy to work with as well. Can’t wait for our next order… the food was that good!
