Pathetic service, they charge me USD 250, and till now no clue of my returns. Whenever I call them, they had a lame excuse, I don’t who gave them a license.
This place is the worst here they only know how to scam people with the taxes they are stealing from everyone the state check of the taxes telling them that it did not arrive when they already charged it and if it arrives they give you much less they are also stealing the stimulus check from people who did not have direct deposit and I filed a report with the IRS for fraud and if someone is seeing this and is going through the same thing, they can do the same thing online, Mrs. Julie is a scammer
The shipping service is very excellent, the ladies are very attentive and always willing to support and inform.
Everyone is very friendly and the attention is very good.
