This business will accept your appointment and will reschedule your appointment the day of without sending any notifications. When showing up to the appointment no one is there and the owner does not respond. Also charge card for more than what the services you booked for. This is not the first time this has happened. Another client who was there said she had to rebook 3 times before receiving services because the owner kept rescheduling last minute.
This place really gets no stars from me but that wasn't an option. I've never been and I don't plan on ever going. I have seen and followed up with a customer who was denied a promotion, over charged, AND DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE HER SERVICE. Not only that, but she reached out and only asked to receive her money back since she was not rightfully offered the service she booked for. She was denied that under the LIES that she "was late, did not reach out, and was given the option to reschedule"... that IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Giving Black Business a bad name. This was done by the owner and CEO... Trifling.
Best Spa in Hattiesburg MS ā¦ HANDS DOWN. If anyone states different Iām pretty sure they are in the WRONG. The rules and terms are very clear & booking is easy as 1,2,3. I highly recommend them for any beauty enhancing service.
This place is a total joke!! Any business that will charge you a no call/no show fee when THEY change your appointment the same day is not a place that I want to do business with. Very unprofessional and I will tell as many people as I can to not go here!!!
