Electric Soul is the BEST natural hair salon in the Jackson metro area. Since day one, the staff here has been amazing. They are extremely attentive to the needs of my hair. From daily low maintenance styles to fancy wedding hair styles, they can do it all. My salon experience has been superb and I will continue to visit here for my natural hair needs. As a bonus: they have open availability majority of the time which helps with my busy schedule. The salon has such a relaxing yet inviting atmosphere, which makes self care day amazing 😍🙌🏾. I would 10/10 recommend coming here for you hair needs.
I got a silk press for the first time and fell in love!! The hairstylists are friendly and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. I would recommend this hair salon especially if you struggle with styling your natural hair
This was truly a salon experience! The atmosphere of the salon was professional and ran like a well oiled machine. Jessica and her team were inviting and knowledgeable of all things natural hair. I've been natural for several years and have never worn my hair outside of knotless braids and silk presses. Electric Soul Hair Designs has a forever customer! One visit and I can't keep my fingers out of my mini twist!
Jessica and her staff are knowledgeable, and the inclusive atmosphere made me feel comfortable. The expertise and knowledge of the stylists are evident, especially when it came to dealing with my natural hair texture. They provided excellent recommendations and tips for maintaining healthy hair, which I greatly appreciated. They even provide complimentary beverage and food. As a black man, supporting black-owned businesses is essential to me, and I’m proud to say that this salon is a gem worth supporting. I highly recommend it to others including black men looking for a positive and uplifting experience in caring for their natural hair.
I had a great experience here. I went in for my first twist out. The results were amazing. Jessica is very knowledgeable. She loves what she does. She’s also very passionate about having well-educated staff. Honestly, I would feel comfortable getting my hair done by any of the ladies at the salon because I know the standards are gold.
