Utopia IS your #1 partner in success at your event. We used Utopia for our biggest company event this past year, and we have already rebooked them for this coming year. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of professionalism, dedication, and expertise that is truly remarkable - which is not an easy task with 700 attendees involved. We came to Utopia with a tight timeline. Initially, we had considered a different company, and they were not able to deliver what we needed. We then turned to Utopia with less than four months to the event. Utopia immediately jumped into action to helping us pull of this event. They took the time to understand our needs and objectives, and still found ways to go above and beyond to elevate our event. Utopia will help you with both of those things, but more than that, they will eliminate any unnecessary stress with timely communication, fractional support, responsiveness, and GOOD VIBES.
Utopia is, honestly, one of the easiest and best companies to work with when planning an event. Jordi is so attentive and prompt in all she does. Roe and crew are just seamless throughout the event. The Utopia crew works hard during the planning, but you should see how hard they work live - all day. It's impressive. Not a single glitch happened because they were so on top of it and have such a great relationship with other vendors as well. Thank you!
I used Utopia for my son’s wedding at the St. Louis History Museum on 7/29/23. They were incredible . The success of a wedding has everything to do with the music, if it’s not good there are no do overs, Utopia really gets this. They were amazing, everyone said it was the best choices of music ever, nobody was sitting down. They danced til the last song was played, the whole staff at Utopia were supportive from the day we hired them until the end of the wedding, I wish I could give them a 10 star rating they deserve it.
