Booked an appointment here to get my hair dyed blue in March. And during the bleaching process my hair started to burn more than the normal amount. I ended up having to get the bleach washed out of my hair early. But my mom had to insist for the hairstylist to wash the bleach out of my hair early. The hairstylist didn't want to because "it wouldn't look right". After washing my hair the hair stylist tried to put the blue over my barely bleached hair and it turned a decent looking brown color. But when I was sitting under the dryer I noticed that the hair stylist had used VOLUME 50 DEVELOPER on my hair!! And if you know anything about hair you would know that you should NEVER EVER use volume 50 on hair!! Thank goodness my mom insisted on not letting the bleach sit on my hair any longer. Because who knows if I'd have any hair left if she had. My hair still ended up damaged. But since my hair is short, after cutting the bleached part of my hair off and oiling my hair alot, my hair has pretty much gone back to normal. Will definitely never be coming back here!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could!!

Hair was badly installed before and now I feel totally renewed and excited about this new journey! She is very professional, knows what she's doing and just amazing overall! I am so pleased I found her and so grateful to God I can now walk in confidence about my hairstyle and look. Great job on my locs my new Queen of Locs Sister Tonya! I am so pleased and extremely grateful!! Taught how to maintain them and keep them looking right!! I’ve been the the salon before, and the atmosphere is always amazing. The stylists are always so attentive and welcoming, and the other patrons are always friendly and willing to talk. I started my locks today, and Ms.Latonya was fast while still being careful. We were able to have a quick talk about what I wanted my hair to look like, and she heard me. After she finished, I ended up loving my hair even more than I thought I would. My family loves this place, and so do I.
The best! Erica started my locs almost 5 years ago and I love my hair now. Service is fast and my hair always looks, feels and smells fantastic. Everyone there is friendly and has good energy. They have great products you can purchase also.
Sara did a great job on my hair! I was extremely happy with the service she provided. One thing I will say is that this is a very quiet salon. The first hour I was there and then sporadically throughout the rest of the time there was no music. The stylists didn't talk very much either. I hope we can get the music going and consistent at least on my next visit because I will for sure be back for the hair styling.
