My experience was mixed overall. The suits were a great price, but I'm not sure I would have repeat business based off of how long it took to get the suits to us and the condition some of them were in when we received them. I'm the best man in a wedding, and the groom took all of us in the wedding party to get suits here (5 people total). It was a really good deal for what we needed, costing about the same to purchase a full suit as it would to just rent one. We spent about 30 to 45 minutes getting all of our measurements and paid for the suits. We were told we should receive them as a package one month before the wedding. That one month mark roles around and none of us have received it yet. The groom calls and gets told they will be shipping them out shortly. We finally got the suits about 2 weeks out from the wedding with the vests missing from the package. The groom called again and they sent out the vests with next day shipping. When I tried the suit on, most of it fit pretty well. The suit jacket sleeves needed to be shortened ever so slightly but that's minor. The pants however were an inch or two too long; I'm not sure they were even tailored to my measurements. The suit jacket also had some long threads still loose on the sleeves from the alterations they did. None of these are big problems on their own, but when I get the suit 2 weeks from the wedding with work still needing to be done after spending about $350 all together I believe, it was a really frustrating experience. I was able to find a tailor back home in Saint Louis who could fix it on short notice, but the experience left a not great impression on myself overall.

Let me just tell ya… we went to Tip stop Tux and Geri’s bridal to find suits AND THEN went to Todd’s… we could have saved so much time and energy if we would have just went there in the first place 🤣 Terry was our guy and he was THE BEST. He knew exactly what we wanted and we were able to actually try things on to get an idea, not just pick something out of a magazine and hope it looked good. They took care of all the men in our wedding party and to BUY suits was about $200 cheaper than to rent at another store. So thankful for the men at Todd’s!! Truly felt like family!!

I don't have enough good things to say about Todd and his team. We were 4 weeks from wedding and got screwed by tip top tux closing. Todd saw to it personally that we were taken care of and made it easy for the boys to get their suits in order. They saved the day! They also made suggestions with sizing for our out of towner in the party based off little info and the suit jacket fit PERFECTLY. thank you Todd and Ward Parkway team!!!

This has to be one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order with them on Aug 27th for a 3 person wedding party in Oct. - we only ordered 3 pairs of pants from the 7diamonds brand as a casual look (we were told the $200 deal with a shirt, bow or tie, and suspenders was the best deal) which is fine, but we didn’t pick out those extras the day we were there and were told we can handle that later. I can only say the sales associates were genuinely nice and helpful but that only goes so far when you’re left 10 days before the wedding with nothing having been delivered. I received 0 communication for 3 weeks about delivery and was told they would call when the shipment came and tailoring would be scheduled -which we were told originally delivery is about a week out from Aug 27th when we placed the order. When I called to check in I got a voicemail 4/5 times or someone who took my name and number and didn’t call me back ever. When I finally talked to someone I was told the pants were backordered, then was told they’d be delivered Oct. 4th and they’d call for tailoring. Didn’t hear back, finally talked to someone Oct. 9th and was told that color olive was actually discontinued. When I spoke to Todd myself on Oct. 11th, he said when we placed the order 6 weeks ago he advised an associate that the color was discontinued. He advised he’d call me back when he talked to a rep to see what sizes were available in a darker green shade and did not call me back and obviously we don’t have time to waste. Was forced to cancel the order because this wedding is 10 days away now, $600 invested (waiting on a refund) and we don’t have pants or shirts, and will still need tailoring after hopefully finding something else online in the next few days. There was zero sense of urgency and the vaguest sense of being apologetic. Was absolutely ridiculous the hours spent on the phone, trying to get ahold of someone who had an actual answer, and Todd himself not offering any solutions other than “sorry about that.” 0/10
