I recently visited their Tower Grove location for the first time and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and felt immediately at ease. As for the services themselves, I opted for a massage and it was fantastic. Rae was skilled and attentive, making sure to tailor the treatment to my specific needs and preferences! I also love that they offer local products to buy. I will definitely be back!
My husband and I are on our honeymoon and got sick after our wedding. We came down here to relax and now need to leave early because we both do not feel well (we are fairly certain it's Covid). I called to ask the spa's opinion if we should cancel based on how we both feel. They stated we will be charged a fee for cancelling the same day. I asked if because we are both sick they could waive the fee. The man on the phone said he'd call me back after speaking with his manager. The man called me back 5 minutes later and stated they could waive half the service fee charge and do us a favor. I'm still not certain how that's doing "us a favor" when in reality we called them first looking for guidance, as we did not want to get others sick. We felt we were doing the right thing by letting them know. My husband and I asked to speak to a manager. The man on the phone said he would "message management" to see if they could give us a call. So far no one has called us back. We feel we were polite and upfront about not wanting to get others sick. However, now we're left with a pretty hefty fee charge for no services rendered. We didn't want to get sick on our honeymoon, and we would have wanted to enjoy this massage had we not been sick. Would they rather us to expose their staff and customers? We do not recommend Morgan Ford Massage. Look elsewhere.
Pretty simple. don't keep charging people after their membership has gone unused for more than 3 months or even longer. they will not cancel a membership for you if you've let it slip under your radar. They will keep charging you for over a FULL YEAR of not actually using their services if you've forgotten. this money is nonrefundable and cannot be used on products, only services. please, never set up a membership with these people and let it slip your mind.
The service itself is *great* but they've changed something with their payment system recently and it's screwed up their autopay system. So you'll get these annoying text messages saying your payment can't be processed on a card you use in everyday life.
Facials are amazing. Wax is normal. Massage is ok but nothing special. I mostly go for facial. The 2 ladies Ive seen are easy to talk to, bedside manner is professional and comfortable, and I'm not offered unnecessary services. They clean the heck out of my pores without damaging my skin. The facility is clean and welcoming.
