These lovely ladies are so kind and did an amazing job! I had a hair appointment scheduled at a different salon and the stylist didn't have me in the chair until an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time and then left to run an errand. I was so frustrated and I called Springfield Braiding Company. Two very nice young ladies called to let me know that they could get me in right then and they did! I had Ms. Harmauhny and she was so kind and understanding. One young lady even bleached my frontal closure for me and did an amazing job with that. I was a little embarrassed for coming into the shop so emotional after being treated like my time didn't matter, and no one made me feel bad. Harmauhny took her time, explained to me how to take care of a frontal (I've never had one before) and my hair looks amazing! I really appreciated all the ladies there. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you all so much again. 💜
So sorry for not having a pic of my before and after retwisting of locs, but I can speak on the service and environment right? I called on a Monday and they were closed and I received a call back on Tuesday and my appointment was booked that Wednesday (Dec 1st) with Faith. It had been close to 4 months and I was looking like a wolf by the head and needed it done NOW because I wasn't sure when I would be able to make it back to my loctician in Dallas. Place was clean with a nice variety of music. I was seen promptly at my appointment time of 930am by Faith. I had the ACV wash and hot oil treatment. I had never gotten or heard of the ACV and wanted to try it out. The hot oil treatment I felt could have been better as the heater wasn't totally covering my head and I felt more air from outside the dryer would be my only complaint. Faith was kind, professional, quiet spoken (sometimes people just want solitude and she was able to be friendly and still not be too chatty) and very thorough in her work.
I first came to Springfield braiding company because I wanted to get dreadlocks. Champale did the initial locks for me, and got most of them done for me, and I loved the work she did on my hair, I started to come up with different styles I could do on my hair and the part I didn’t have dreaded as well and I have loved my journey with my dreads so far. Then I came back two months later to get a maintenance because I let them grow out within that time and my hair grows fast so it was super grown out at that point🙃. So Faith did my maintenance on my roots and my hair looked ten times better than when I walked in there and she does them pretty tight so they won’t come out! 👍🏼❤️ When she finished, every single one looked uniform and perfect and she fixed the rest of the length of the dreads as well so they weren’t as fuzzy as they had been. I love my hair and I’m so thankful for their team and the prices are pretty reasonable for the services they do. Definitely the place to go in Springfield for dreadlocks, they always do a good job on my hair!
Terrible terrible! Always a problem my daughter had an appointment at 11.oo am didn't sit in chair till 11.55am almost an hour My daughter has dreadlocks her hair Natural just to retwist them girl took over 3 hours ! N did it incorrectly We told her before she started to twist the dreads back she decided to twist them up n start making her own designs on my daughters hair unbelievable just unbelievable Unheard of ! You just lost a customer I truly hope u go out of business Unprofessional don't know what you are doing for other customers do not go to this place for us your hair Don't waste your time or money ! Keep away fair warning!!! It other words the place sucks big time
Our stylist overlooked our appointment, so we had to wait about an hour. As you can see I still gave 5 stars, so that should tell you a lot! Everyone inside was friendly and helpful. The vibe is good! Great customer service!
