Dishes NOT included. No coffee pot. Smokey halls on non-smoking floor. Pretty much a dump. Pay to go elsewhere. What place advertises a full kitchen and you have to rent cooking and eating dishes? Worth the extra $20 (or $50) to go anywhere else.
My family and I have lived here for over a year and have had no issues. Anything that I've mentioned to management was fixed immediately. Nabil, Atif, Shirley, Chawanda and many other employees that work here are extremely helpful. I've seen them helping people who lost their card at 3:30AM as I was going into work. They keep the hotel clean and safe for everyone. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and employees. My only issue, is my 11 year old wants her own room lol. Thank you Extended Stay for being so hospitable for this past year. We appreciate you all :)
The manager Nabeel made our stay an excellent experience. Every hotel will have its issues but when you keep focused , stay out of drama , it can be a rewarding stay. This hotel is very kid and pet friendly. The staff is always friendly especially our main guy Atiff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is enty to do in the are. Keep up the good work. Families like ours depend on it and appreciate it.
There premium high speed WiFi is advertised at 10Mbps and the the actual speed is less than 3 Mbps. If you rely on high speed internet for up loads and down loads this place is a Epic Fail. Outside of that it's located next to all the shopping conveniences you'd want, and it' interstate access couldn't be better. It's 45 minutes from Washington DC. The Hotel is clean and is equipped with a nice mini kitchen. It is close to train tracks, if you stay here get a room on the opposite side of the neighboring car wash so you don't hear the train. It's a great value at a weekly rate. I paid $560 for the week.
The staff is what makes this location more than a hotel. They have been exceptionally kind and helpful, making sure that our family has what we need and that we feel safe and secure. Housing options are limited in our area, and an extended stay hotel initially seemed like a strange solution, but the staff really do make it feel like home here.
