I went here at the last minute, two days before the wedding. We needed more chair covers and coverings for the front entrance. My Events Coordinator came through with flying colors. She was very, very knowledgeable, very professional, very kind, very patient, very caring and very, very helpful! She far exceeded my expectations, especially at the last minute. Every event I am involved in planning, I will go to her first. She completely saved the day. I will be forever grateful to her. The wedding and reception were absolutely beautiful!
Mrs. Solanke is amazing and so professional. I call her for all my events. I recently rented tables and chairs at the last minute. I thought she wouldn't be able to help me but she came through and she was able to accommodate me with everything I needed. I definitely recommend her for any formal or non formal events.
Excellent service, timely, and will work with you to make what you envision work! She has hosted numerous events for us including business functions with clients, grand opening events, lunch and learns, parties, and even our wedding! Highly recommend! She is our go to source for any event!
-In response: No one threatened her. She’s a liar. She is arrogant and does not want to admit her mistake. We did have a beautiful event because of me. As I said, she’s unprofessional and refused to admit her lack of communication and wrong doing. Then she apologized for stating that I threatened her because she knew that I didn’t. Again, very unprofessional. And to put my the numbers of the address of our place of residence is even more professional as it’s a personal residence. This lady needs to stop. She plays victim when she was dead wrong. There was no refusal to pay a deposit. It was her lack of communication and professionalism that led us here. If I was a threat to get, she picked up the tables and chairs by herself from the residence. This is nothing short of game playing by this business. I have never! -Dr. Wallace Horrible horrible unprofessional business. We paid them them in full to be at my event with tables and chairs. They confirmed to be here between 10-11 am today. They did not show up. My guests arrived and they still didn’t show up. No communication was made from this company. I called the number, spoke with the owner Arinola who gave me an excuse about someone calling to cancel my order. That information was untrue. She then demanded $150 from us after we paid in full. She became confrontational and lied stating the tables and chairs were on the truck ready to be delivered. When I questioned her honesty she became tongue tied and called me Sis. Very unprofessional. I sent her the information stating that $150 is more than 40% which is documented. She then became more confrontational stating that she does not like confrontation. I said the word “Chile” and she became angry staying that I called her a child. She then cancelled my order stating that she didn’t want confrontation when they arrived. She was deflecting because of a mistake that she made. We ONLY patronized her because we believe in supporting small black businesses and she had good reviews. She messed up and instead of admitting that she messed up, she turned on me calling me confrontational. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from an owner of a company. She knows that she messed up however I’m sure because she was embarrassed and didn’t record vital information she left us high and dry with our guests without tables or seating. Very wrong! She never called to verify anything. I received a text message with a confirmation number. Arinola should be ashamed of herself. Now she has ruined my sister’s Gender Reveal. My guests have no where to sit or eat appropriately. Arinola is the most unprofessional business owner that I have ever dealt with. She knew she made a mistake and instead of fixing it she made it out problem. That is complete arrogance. I’m ashamed that I even patronized this business.
I cannot thank Arinola enough for her services. As a new event planner, I wanted to rent from a place that was reasonably priced with top quality products. I found that here. And her customer service is amazing!!!! I felt like I made a new friend. Due to covid and security, her doors are locked so call first before you go. She also has a lot of items you can rent online so when you get there it will be ready for you. Again she saved the day and my client was happy.
