I love this place! I went here for brunch and the food was so good! The staff were nice and it was a chill vibe.
My sweetie and I visited Kansas City for business and wanted to eat breakfast. He told me to look up soul food breakfast spots as we were handling business. The name alone, caught my attention and eye. We went and Im so happy we did. The taste of the food was amazing. There’s something special about the eggs and bacon. Everything we had was absolutely scrumptious. Im not a big breakfast eater, im more into dinner but bay bay let me tell you, Love is Key might shift my feelings about breakfast. We will be back, if we ever go to KC again. 🧇🥓🍳🍞Most importantly, its a black owned establishment! We love supporting our people ✊🏾🫶🏾

Food , especially the Southern Belle, is very very good. The staff is very nice. The time it took to get the food was fairly long (30 minutes after ordering). Also, the restroom is outside which wasn’t very convenient for my pregnant sister while raining.
Googled “chicken and waffles near me” and this place popped up. The food looks and tastes great! I ordered online and food was ready for pickup in a timely manner. I got the “Southern Bell” which are the chicken and waffles and I got the “waffle Sunday”. Definitely recommend
