We used Mike for our wedding this past weekend and he was a joy to work with. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. He and his staff was extremely professional and responsive in turning over serving tables between cocktail hour and our buffet style dinner, as well as cleaning up empty dessert plates. He is a stand up guy that is flexible with what he can offer for you and your guests and would recommend him for anyone looking to host a large event.
Amazing food, amazing presentation, amazing staff! Could not have had a better experience for our wedding! They were amazing to work with and they have amazing food! Plus, Michael will make sure you eat on your wedding day!
Mike was super easy to work with and very thorough. We went to multiple tastings in the planning process and Jackson’s food was by far superior and at a better price. We are still getting complements about our food. We had some leftovers due to last minute guest dropouts due to Covid and we even took those leftovers on our honeymoon, speaking to how good the food was. Mike was awesome at managing rentals for the place settings and even got the specific glass chargers I was dreaming of for our place settings. I cannot recommend Jackson’s enough!
We recently used Jackson’s to cater for my sons 18th surprise birthday. The food we ordered was wonderful but we did have one missed expectation during the initial delivery. The owner was super responsive and called us directly and the Recovery taken along with the ownership taken for minor issue was beyond expectation and gives me the confidence to use Jackson’s for all my catering needs. And… while these things happen from time to time with anyone, it is rare these days to find anyone that goes to these lengths to make it right. You can deal with confidence when dealing with Jackson’s.
Such a fantastic local eatery! My friend had the chicken salad cold plate and a bowl of vegetable soup and I had the pimento bacon burger. Everything was clearly fresh and homemade and delicious. Quality is definitely served in abundance here! We will certainly be making this a regular stop for lunches.
