Everything about our experience with Infinite Occasions was amazing. I worked the Robin and Pat and they were both very accommodating throughout the process. It was truly like working with family! I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful event. The venue was beautifully decorated and the guests raved about how good the food was. The roast beef was tender and well seasoned, as was the chicken. Even the green beans were delicious! I seriously can't say enough about how pleased my guests and I were pleased.
SERVICE! SERVICE! AND MORE SERVICE!!! I cannot tell you how thrilled I was with this place! My sister rented one of their rooms for her son, my nephew, because he just graduated from high school and she wanted to honor him. He's on his way to college this fall and she wanted to make sure that we had a proper send-off! What you will see in the photos included are general areas of the exterior of the building and the interior, and a few family photos to get an idea of the space. The inside of the building was immaculate! The walls were very clean and so were the banquet rooms. And even though the men's restroom was a bit untidy with the trash being overrun, it was, on the whole, pretty clean. I don't need to tell you that men's restrooms tend to be neglected and overlooked in most establishments. Not so at Infinite Occasions! They actually took some time to make sure that it was fairly well-stocked with paper towels and that there was soap for handwashing. The floors were clear of debris and any other unsightly fluids one might find in a men's restroom. Furthermore, as I previously mentioned, the banquet rooms were great! The floors in each banquet room were also very clean and swept and tidy. I don't think I saw one piece of paper or one crumb of food, anywhere! I also enjoyed the wall decor and the chandeliers and such hanging from the ceiling. There was also proper lighting to accommodate the space as needed. One could have very bright lights, when needed, and low lighting for a particular setting. Further, the temperature in the room was controllable by two wall thermostats. But believe it or not, I haven't even spoken about the highlight of the visit, yet! The opening of this review listed the word "service" multiple times. Well, I must admit that they get a 10/10 on service alone, in my book! Initially, when I planned to write this review, I planned on giving them 4/5 for the overall experience. Yet, because the three people who helped us in our banquet room--who will remain nameless because none of them were wearing name tags--but because they were all so friendly and kind and generous, I have to give this establishment five stars! They were all so helpful! The service was really, really outstanding! If for nothing else, rent a banquet room at this establishment to host an important affair, just so you can experience the wonderful customer experience by their staff. Choose them because of the service. You will not be disappointed.
We chose Infinite Occasions to have the 55th reunion from Beaumont High School. Great service. Food was ready on time and presentation was perfect. We did our own decorations and provided entertainment. Price was very reasonable. The only suggestion I have is the temperature under the hot foods could have been hotter. I personally think hairnets should be used by food servers and plastic gloves.
I recommend this event space to anyone for any occasion. The room we had was decorated beautifully with the color scheme that my granddaughter choosen for her college graduation party! The food was delicious, and the bar tender was awesome! We had a great time! We support Black owned businesses!
We hosted a bridal shower at Infinite Occasions. The staff was excellent and professional! The food was delicious. The space was decorated beautifully by the staff before we even brought in our personal decorations for the bride-to-be. I will definitely recommend and use this event space again.
