I got the flexi rod curls on Saturday, June 9. During my appointment, I advised that I had a satin wrap and the stylist said that was fine. I woke up this morning and my curls were flat. I asked the owner for a refund or to redo the flexi rod curls. The owner initially offered to redo my curls, then she recanted and offered to do a different style (flat twists) that I never asked for. At this point, I advised the owner I wanted a full refund and I will do my hair elsewhere. The owner falsely accused me of threatening her because I asked for a refund after an unsatisfactory hair service. I do not believe any business owner should falsely accuse their customers of making a threat. I do not threaten others and I take false accusations seriously. This owner is very rude to any customer who makes a complaint and I would not go to the salon for business if you want to be treated with any respect. Shame on this owner for her unprofessional behavior when I simply was trying to find a resolution.
Very amazing I recommend coming here I feel welcomed and she does a very good job with dying my hair
