If you want the best catfish come here. I drove all the way from Oklahoma visiting friends, they told me about this place and let me tell you, they don't disappoint. Friendly people, awesome food, I thought I was home for a quick minute. The lady behind the counter was so nice. We actually ordered ahead and picked up at 3:30pm. The guy that took our ordered was awesome...I will be back, 100 percent. Also, I must add that the place was very clean. Thank you so much H&M you for taking me home to my roots...We ordered 3lbs to take some home to Oklahoma, my son is going to have a field day with this fish... Much luv and continued success to H&M...
What can I add to what others have said? Food was great, Wait time worth it, food is not sitting under heat lamps waiting for customers, it's prepared ready to cook, but not before it's ordered. That in mind and as the weather's still a bit cool, I advise ordering ahead. As for the staff, nicest folks I've met outside of church, in while. I did peek in the take out window and noted the kitchen looks clean and well organized. So, it may look a little plain on the outside, there's plenty of good food coming from the inside.
Fresh, made to order. Everything was good. Great price, received 2 meals for $25. Cash only. Black owned. Must wait outside , as this place does not have indoor seating (order food through window). you won’t be disappointed. I ordered chicken wings and tilapia . It was great, will be back!
The fish is amazing. Cooked to order, clean oil, not over seasoned or too spicy. The owners are delightful! Food so good I went back for more two days later! And per my son- the chicken is good too!!
