Never responded to a follow up email. She let me know of available time slots, I picked one and sent an email. There was never a reply, but I decided to go by the office anyway; that was a mistake she was not there. I emailed and called again, nothing....
Gladys is unprofessional. She doesn't listen to clients (she rather her voice be heard) and forgets scheduled appointments.
