The most body positive, uplifting, empowering dance classes I’ve ever attended. Denise has a way of teaching you to love yourself and the way your body moves. She teaches in a way that accommodates all skill levels and body types. Denise’s influence extends beyond the class through her body positivity groups on social media. I’m grateful to have met her and highly recommend her classes.
Denise is a gem! I'm still in shock at how in just one lesson and within one hour how much my confidence grew and how much I learned. I am so excited to continue to work with her as she she'll be helping me develop my stage presence as an R&B artist! Her energy is amazing and she makes the whole experience so much fun.
One of the most Fun High energy classes I have ever had the privilege of attending😍💯. I've gone to more than 5 classes now and each class is better than the last. Not to mention, the choreographer is sweet, sassy, and down to earth. I would definitely recommend this to the public...even couples💏 #TheBlaqMethod💪🏽
