First time here and the food wasn’t bad at all! The service was awesome. Loved the decor/ambiance. The owner was nice & appreciative. We had the chicken & shrimp nachos which was SO GOOD. The cheese sauce had a creole twist to it which was both unique and good. My kids had creole wings. They almost ate them all. I had creole salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The kids ate some of my food too. That says a lot because they’re picky eaters. Hoping that this business will continue to grow all around. May we all support and love on each other. We are all we got.
Service was horrible. No air conditioning. Party of three, aren't ALL the entrées supposed to come out at once? Time to pay for our meal. We tried to pay with cash "we're not taking CASH today, just debit and credit cards." No ice in the water. We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes and the wings were good. I won't be going back. FYI, the restroom was VERY clean.
My baby cousin (17) and I ate here a couple weekends ago. Love creole food and the food didn’t disappoint! Has the crab cake, creole fries and nachos. The menu said the cake was 2 but really only came out as one, so that was disappointing. The menu needs updating as the servicer had to explain different dishes were serviced a different way that what was on the menu. I was looking forward to trying their brunch menu but was unavailable and a couple other menu items not available. The coffee…omg the coffee was wonderful! Serviced with sugar cubes and cream!!! Made my day. Oh! To add the wait was a little long but good. You go here to relax, enjoy good food and enjoy the company of friends and family. So to the ppl who complain of the long wait relax or go someplace else.
This is the prettiest dining room in it’s class. I truly enjoyed the smooth jazz in the background during one visit and a live band in another while I waited for my meal. And wait…the fried green tomatoes weren’t on the menu, but when I asked, the chef/owner prepared them specifically for me! Time and money well spent. Try it for yourself.
This restaurant has the potential to be great. I ate Sunday dinner here with my mentee. The musical selection was good and the decorations were nice. We waited at least 5 minutes to be seated and 45 minutes to receive our food. The customer service was poor. We were not given updates about the wait time for our food nor checked on frequently. However, the staff were friendly and our waiter was more engaging after the food arrived. I had the smothered chicken with mac and yams. The sides were soupy and the chicken could have been seasoned more. Overall, the taste was a 7/10.
