We can’t imagine our wedding without Charley and Coda’s Events! She was incredible at every part of planning the day. She was so creative in her big picture thinking about how to make the day unique and fun and definitely ours. But she was also cool under pressure and able to make all the small stuff happen smoothly, and we knew we didn’t need to worry should anything go wrong during the big day. Charley and her team would handle it. Her recommendations for other vendors were also spot on, and she was always available for thoughtful advice and reassurance. We were so pleased with her work on our wedding that we also asked her to plan our welcome party. She blew us away with her ability to balance all of the details, while helping us feel calm and cool at every event—even going so far as to pick up the spread for us prior to our farewell brunch. The way she flawlessly executed every task and fulfilled every wish showed us what a kind, thoughtful person she is, and made us feel so thankful that we found her in the first place. We have gotten so many compliments about all the details of the wedding, and so much of that was because Charley and her team were able to take any tiny kernel of an idea from us and turn it into something really special. Hiring Coda’s Events was one of the best decisions we made!
I cannot say enough good things about the whole Coda’s team. We almost did not hire a day of planner and I cannot imagine not having them there to help with everything. They truly went above and beyond throughout our entire wedding planning process to make our day special. Not only are they super organized and efficient, they are the sweetest people you could ever meet. We had to move our ceremony inside at the last minute due to weather and Morgan was on top of it the entire time keeping us updated and making sure things ran smoothly. She was also constantly checking in on us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. We are very fortunate to have had them there sharing our day with us. We love u guys!!
Working with the Coda’s Events team was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! We booked the Peace of Mind package, and it was truly a lifesaver! Emiliana was our Lead Coordinator, and she took over all of the vendor communications, worked with everyone to create the perfect timeline, and handled some last-minute surprises and issues like a pro. Working with her was so easy and it made us feel 10,000 times better on our wedding day to know she had everything under control. It was hands down the best investment, and I would book Coda’s again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Emiliana and the entire Coda’s team for making our dream day a reality!
HIGHLY recommend Coda's Events team if you are looking for a wedding planner + coordinator! Charley + Emiliana made sure that everything leading up to our big day was organized and taken care of. Their communication was excellent and always answered any questions I had. The attention to detail was always 10/10. As a bride, this is always important and they crushed it. My husband and I had a blast on our wedding day and we owe it to Coda's Events team for allowing that to happen. They were able to break down any decorations we had and bring them to their offices for us to pick up another day. Talk about a true fairy godmuva. I know for a fact Charley and her team will crush it with anything they do... because they are truly THAT GOOD. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your big day. You will be glad you did.
There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Charley and her team at Coda’s Events. They are absolute ROCKSTARS! I booked her Peace of Mind package but it was so much more than just that. She was always available to answer my questions via email/text, & gave me such great advice as I was booking my vendors. She helped create a full weekend timeline for me, my family & my vendors. Charley & Haley were so wonderful to have with us throughout the day. If something went wrong, I don’t even know about it. My wedding weekend was perfect & Charley is a huge reason for that. They are so professional but I also feel like I gained new friends in the process. Do not do not DO NOT hesitate on booking Codas.
