This was our first time doing a virtual company activity, so we were unsure of what to expect. Amy and her team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional from our first outreach all the way through our event date. The team makes it really easy and coordinates everything from contact info to dietary restrictions, ensuring every employee had an excellent experience. We chose to do the cheese and charcuterie platter with a bottle of wine sent to each employee, which was a huge hit. Michael our host was very knowledgeable and got our otherwise quiet group engaged in conversation. I'd highly recommend to anyone searching for a fun and elegant virtual corporate activity.
I have been using Virtual Toast since our company went completely remote in 2020 and they have been fantastic for every single event! This last time we used them, a member of my team received his shipment and the ice had melted causing his cheese to go bad. After contacting Teddi, she resent his, as well as two others to members of my team who had some delivery delays as a precautionary step. Not only was she extremely efficient and forward thinking, but all of the deliveries arrived in time for our event and they even sent me an extra bottle of wine with cookies for the inconvenience! I was highly impressed at their ability to rectify an issue in a time crunch. Don’t look elsewhere, they’re top notch when it comes to customer service and the food and wine are both great!
What a fantastic experience! Highly recommend A Virtual Toast! We have an international group and they made it possible for us to include everyone in our event. The food and wine were exceptional! Our host, Jim, made the evening a pleasure and Abby did a great job assisting with the planning of the event. Will definitely use their services again!
Amy Summers was great to work with. She was incredibly quick to respond and helpful with our team events. Jim Tighe was extremely knowledgable with all the wine and everyone appreciated his expertise when answering our questions. The food was delicious and the wine choices were amazing. Everything was so well done the first time, that I booked them for a second event. I would definitely recommend their services and I will likely use them again for future events.
My package came leaking, even UPS was like "you can refuse since box it is worped and leaking" upon opening the box everything was hot in temperature and wet... Meat, cheese fully melted and have over the top reservation about eating anything at this temperature that was this hot. I Don't understand how a company could think meats and cheese should stay in a box for days with one ice pack. I work in a corporate setting and I can't recommend this to anyone for future events because no one is going to eat this in the shape that it came in. I will end with I don't know the quality of anything since I had to toss it away, even the crackers because so hot in the box it built up moisture and became wet. I think this is really a packaging concern and not quality. So going with a 1 star for that.
