I’ve been seeing Isabelle Hesson for a couple of years now and each time I leave the salon, I am more and more amazed with her work. She is great at having in depth consultations and is also good about keeping my expectations realistic for my current hair and hair goals. The salon is cute and the other staff I’ve interacted with are friendly and professional as well.
Isabelle is great. I've had so many bad experiences with haircuts I really don't enjoy making appointments but I wanted a short cut. A bunch of people told me to go here and I finally made an online appointment and tried to message with what I'd be doing, she called me to confirm and discuss what I wanted because it was a big change and wanted to make sure I had enough time for it and then she took her time during the appointment and walked me through it all because I was going super long to super short. I am so happy with my haircut, I have never been more happy with a salon experience. Seriously the best
1st time was great. Next 2 visits, had inexperienced cosmotalogiat. Charged me $80 for a hair cut and 5 minute toner. Hair cut they offered to fix and screwed it up entirely once again. I went to another salon and they only charged me $21.00 thank goodness to fix it. Also both times stylist showed up over fifteen minutes late. Will ever visit this salon again and will be sure to inform everyone I know to avoid this salon. Especially since they have unlisenced cosmetologists working there.
I was happy with my retouch. Easy online scheduling too. Quick response time. Isabella is great, she listened carefully and gave me exactly what I asked for. I felt pampered and special! Easy parking but the meter lasts only 2 hours before you need to put more change.
Paetra gave my daughter her first haircut and she has been cutting her hair for the last several years. At our last haircut appt, Paetra informed us she would no longer be scheduling haircuts for kids because her schedule was so booked. My daughter was essentially dismissed as a client. I tip well - 100% and she could have been a long-term client. Kids turn into teens and adults. Additionally, her attitude during the appointment was unfriendly-it seemed like she was annoyed we were even there. My daughter enjoyed her visits to the salon, but we will take our money elsewhere. If you want to project a high-maintenance image, go for it, but reality check your salon is in Lincoln, NE and salons are a dime a dozen around here. Good luck with your booked schedule.
