If there was more stars to give , it would exceed more than 5 . I’ve always been afraid of the dentist because I was always in pain after any procedure. Dr Botros is not only gentle but made me feel comfortable in the chair . I’ve never had an issue with making an appointment . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If your looking for a dentist that actually care about their patients then look no further. Dr Botros always explains the next step . I don’t feel like I’m pressured in making decisions, and he does everything that financially affordable for me . He started as my son’s dentist and surely after I became his patient . I recommend my family and friends to this practice. Thank you PEB 😘😘
Where do I start! Dr. Samuel Botros is an EXCELLENT and extremely professional Dentist. He always takes his time explaining every single detail even while working, he makes sure you are comfortable throughout your entire visit and let’s not forget the amazing staff you guys are wonderful! My entire family are patients and I wouldn’t change this ever. Thank you so much for the confidence I feel knowing that no matter what our appointments entail we are all in good hands!!! If I could give this office 10 stars I would, it is well deserved!!!
I so much appreciate the personal attention this dentist gives me. She is knowledgeable and explains everything from condition to treatment to how insurance works. His staff is nice and friendly too. They all know their stuff.
I have been to many dental offices throughout the state, in my experience this is one of the best dental offices I have been to Dr. Botros is excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional and his needle placement is amazingly accurate. Arpita was my first contact person from the office. She and the staff were fantastic. Very welcoming, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this office for dental and endodontic needs. Thanks guys great job!
Me and family members have been under the professional and care of Dr . Sam botros since he he was in a differnt location and now in this office. Dr. Botros have always been the most understand and very informative and caring doctor I have came across. I would never trust any other dentist with my dental needs. I would highly recommend this office and his excellent office staff. They are true an excellent team together. Super clean, super friendly, very knowledgable and understanding staff. I would give them more than 5 stars.
