The people working there are very nice, but the cleaning was a little rough and they could Not get my claim submitted to the correct insurance and no one knows why. That is the biggest reason for not going back. There should be no reason for the billing to take multiple visits and phone calls to figure out
Worst dentist I have ever been to. For one they never answer their phone and they never return your call even if you leave a message. I had to call and call for a week until someone finally answered. They probably were getting annoyed the phone kept ringing because I literally kept calling and calling. Lol. They also cancel your appointments a lot. Last time I had to get a tooth fixed and they couldn’t get me in for 6 weeks and then they canceled my appointment the day before and then they rescheduled it and canceled it again. You also have to wait in the waiting room forever and then when they do finally call you back, you have to wait in the chair forever for the dentist to come! This was every time I had gone! They are just very slow and they make excuses for you to come back. I had an appointment to get a tooth fixed and she said that she couldn’t do it all in one appointment because she didn’t have time. Like what?? So definitely don’t recommend this place and I will never be back!!
My son needs multiple root canals and they keep cancelling his appointments. They also don’t answer the phone and with all the complaints they’ve received, they should have been shut down already. Culpeper has become the worst for healthcare services, period…Once upon a time, doctors thrived on healing others, now it’s all about making money at the expense of driving people crazy. If it was affordable enough to leave, we would move out of this hell hole of a town.
I got my dentures from here. My insurance company covers this place, I wish I would have looked around for another place. I finally got my dentures after months and months of waiting. I was extremely excited until I got them My top and bottom ones do not fit correctly very dissatisfied. Top right and bottom left ate terrible. Ugh, I wish I would have definitely went to a better place.
The absolute worst. They just want to bleed you dry of your money. Went there to get wisdom teeth extracted, and even called them asking if they could do that. They said yes, but when I went there, they then waited until 2 appointments later to tell me they couldn't. And despite me having payed the bill in full, I am now being charged for something almost an entire year or two later since dropping them. I tried calling to ask about the charge since it was registered on a date I never went there, but they refuse to answer their phones. I wouldn't have even left this review if it wasn't for the bull bill they threw at me and didn't even have the courtesy to spell my name or address right on it. Don't waste your time here or you will suffer the worst headache.
