I do not recommend this salon for a person with thick, natural hair. When I was getting my hair done by Nikki she kept making comments about how tangled my hair was and how it was too thick. She kept saying “this is why I only do short hair!” She said this while I was in her chair receiving services. She was rude and unprofessional! I have thick natural Hair and if you say to customer that you don’t like doing thick hair then don’t call yourself a black hair stylist!!! PERIOD!!! She lost my business and others. It only takes one time with me!
I have thick naturally curly hair. Nikki is the only person I’ll let trim and flat iron my hair! She’s the best!
I didn’t get a chance to have this stylist style my actual hair but he was very rude when I showed up for my appointment I paid my hard earned money for a consultation that was canceled the day of he rushed through my consultation combing my hair extremely rough did not seem to care for my services but took my money not professional AT ALL wouldn’t recommend him to a roach!!!
The absolute best and knowledge!! Love the fact that she listens and gives her honest professional opinion and recommendation if something can't work.
