Booked in advance for my wedding. It was for myself and two bridesmaids. The person I booked with was very friendly and professional. The morning of my wedding they called and said they’d be a half hour late. Two artists came, both ten minutes apart, they did not come together so someone had to be sent twice to bring them up to the room. Hair and makeup was not great and the artist that did my hair and makeup did a different hairstyle than I asked for. I was running behind so I could not change it. They also charged us extra than what was communicated upon booking. I asked when I booked if there were any additional fees for long hair etc as we wanted to make sure we had enough cash. I honestly had a terrible experience and felt ugly on my wedding day.
Highly recommend Bridal Express! As someone who doesn’t typically wear a lot of makeup, I was nervous about how I would look but Michelle was amazing! She listened to everything I asked and made suggestions as to what colours/shades would suit me best. She completely put me at ease and the finished result was more than I could ever have wished for.
