Everything I had was good. Did their lemon catfish special, tasted great. I would have expected a bigger portion but I only paid something like $13 for the meal and drink so really not bad at all.
The Soul Egg Rolls were delicious and very unique. The spicy lemon pepper catfish was amazing. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Overall my family and I were extremely pleased. Very much worth your time.
The chicken had flavor..that's it.. fried salmon? Looks like fish sticks no flavor..if the yams were sweet in the soul egg roll that would have been the best tasting item ..the vibe was good with the live music..
These people gave me old, macaroni and cheese. The nerve to give me old food. I consider that as theft. When you knowingly give your customers food which is days old, you are foul, sneaky, immoral and a cheat. Don’t let me talk about the cornbread dressing. My God the instant cornbread dressing in a box is way better than this. It was absolutely horrible. Dry nasty tasting no flavor no onions or bell peppers. It was like eating cornmeal cooked like oatmeal. Horrid. Not to mention the one little piece of cornbread that comes with your expensive dinner.
Wings were on point. I liked the lemon pepper the best. Catfish was good too. Yams, good. Mac n cheese, really good! Cornbread was soft and delicious. I think our server’s name was Deonte. He was great. Family owned business that he clearly takes pride in. Thank you for the great food and great service. This added to making our trip to Vegas a good one.
