A couple weeks ago, I met up with friends at the Soul Foos Factory located in Union, NJ. If you haven’t been yet, get there soon. The owner uses all of his mothers recipes and the food is cooked fresh and seasoned to perfection. We ordered the smothered Turkey wings, black eye peas, catfish, yams, cabbage & Mac n cheese. They also served a watermelon lemonade that was oweeee good! If you are interested in a private gathering, they also have a private area in the back that can be used for meetings or private parties. Check them out when you are in the area.
It was my first time there I had fried chicken, mac and cheese and candied yams and corn bread everything was delicious and the server was outstanding and he wowed me with his customer service skills. Highly recommend this establishment.
This place is truly a gem. We are so happy we discovered Soul Food Factory. The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. The food was to die for!! Truly one of the best meals we have ever had. The prices are reasonable also. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
Loved the food and service! Had the best fried chicken in the world. The coating was perfect and the chicken was so moist. The wait staff and owner were so personable and it shows that they love what they do. I can’t wait to go back for their ribs next time!
