My daughter's Law school graduation party was awesome at Loft Life. The owner Al was great, the communication with him made the process so smooth. He was also very accommodating. Shout out to his manager, he made the day of event so great. He was helpful, attentive and easy to talk to. Again thanks Loft Life, will definitely use or recommend you.
I am utterly devastated, disgusted, and disappointed with how my event turned out. I paid on time, I “thought” the communication was ok until the day of. I show up and there is no site manager to assist, I have to let the vendors in like I work there, then I get upstairs and there are no tables and 18 chairs. I ordered 48 chairs 6 round table. My event was to start at 8 they didn’t show up until 7:30. As I stated the manager NEVER SHOWED UP and I didn’t get to have the photos going on the televisions because I didn’t know how to work the machine. Thank God my DJ had been before otherwise I couldn’t have turned the lights on. Then I’m calling and it seems they are frustrated with me but I booked this place in MAY!! and kept contact to make sure everything was good. The bar refrigerator wasn’t cold or on idk we couldn’t figure it out so my cake had to sit out and basically melt. Annoyed
Loft Life Venue was the perfect place to bring my vision to life! Al and Ashley were extremely helpful, communicative and accommodating. It was a pleasure. Would 100% recommend them for your next event.
I love this venue! The Ambiance, Decor, Space, and Location were the factors in choosing this venue for my wedding and reception . Al, the owner, and his staff were so easy to work with which made this a very pleasant experience. My guest are still raving about the Venue. What I like most about Loftlife, is you can bring your vision to life. No two events look alike. Thanks again Al.
Super happy with the venue and the service. AL and Roy are the best- very accommodating and polite. Will be renting this venue again for sureee.
