JoAnn and her entire team were truly amazing! I hired JoAnn Solomon Beauty for hair and makeup for myself, my bridal party, my mother, my mother in law and my sister in law. Their work was absolutely flawless and the energy they all brought made the morning of my wedding feel so special and fun. I also think it’s really important to note that I (biracial woman) had a very diverse bridal party and family, with all different complexions, hair lengths and hair textures. JoAnn and her team made each and every woman look absolutely stunning! I could not get over how amazing they each looked and how their natural beauty was accentuated through their hair and makeup by the artistry of JoAnn and her team. My wedding day was also unseasonably warm in NYC and despite me sweating for much of the day in my wedding dress, my hair and makeup held up really well and looks fantastic in pictures. If I could give JoAnn Solomon Beauty 10 stars I would. I’m so glad I hired JoAnn for my wedding!
JoAnn and her team were beyond perfect on my wedding day. They were professional, super fun, and did an outstanding and, most importantly, personal job on everyone's hair and makeup. I have very fair skin with freckles, and JoAnn made me look and feel naturally glamorous in my own skin. JoAnn actually took the time to talk to me about my exact vision months in advance! I had total faith in her, and it was one big thing I didn't have to worry about amongst all the other chaos of the day. I wish I could do my wedding day all over just to rock her hair and makeup again! 10/10 love love love
I cannot recommend JoAnn and her team enough! JoAnn is such a wonderful, kind, professional, and talented person! Her and her team made everyone feel so comfortable while getting ready and we could really tell they cared about making sure we all looked our very best. She truly made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. I would 100% recommend her to any future brides who want an easy & stress-free time with hair & make-up!
Joann did my makeup for 3 of my wedding events, and did a beautiful job for each of the events. Each look was unique, but still made me feel like myself. Her assistant, Del, is super responsive and organized. I highly recommend Joann and her company!
JoAnn and her team provided hair and makeup services for my wedding party. I highly recommend this talented team. The makeup artist produced beautiful results for the bridal party and the hairstylist achieved each bridesmaid’s desired style with ease. Both the makeup artist and hairstylist took their time with each individual. JoAnn did my bridal hair and airbrush makeup; I am extremely satisfied with the result - there is nothing I would change! JoAnn produced a classic, elegant style that did not appear overdone. I looked beautiful. She and her team are well worth the expense.
